3.4x ROAS on a refreshed Meta ad set

UGC and product footage rebuilt into a hook-first Meta ad with tighter pacing, product callouts and CTA timing — same audience, sharper creative.

What this is

A Vincero Meta ad rebuilt for cold traffic — UGC and product footage cut into a hook-first paid-social ad.

What I changed

Opened on a pattern-interrupt with the product on screen in second 1, tightened to a 1.5s cut rhythm, brought the CTA 2s earlier, and shipped 5 hook variants over the same proven body across 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1.

Result

3.4x ROAS at a 1.8% CTR with $0.92 CPC after the refreshed creative replaced the fatiguing winner in the same campaign.

What I'd test next

A founder-POV hook against the product-led open to see which converts cold traffic better.

Why this was testable
Editor → media buyer
  • The hook leads with product/proof fast.
  • Product shots support the claim instead of decorating the edit.
  • CTA appears before attention drops.
Context

What the client needed

Vincero needed editorial paid-social creative that could survive cold traffic at scale. Existing cuts opened slowly, the product story took too long to land, and there weren't enough hook variants for the buyer to keep testing.

Edit decisions

What I changed

  • 01Hook · pattern-interrupt open with the product on-screen in second 1
  • 02Pacing · removed slow lifestyle setup, tightened to a 1.5s cut rhythm
  • 03Captions · sized for silent feed playback, claim word-highlighted
  • 04Callouts · motion graphics on price, materials and the offer
  • 05CTA timing · brought the call-to-action 2s earlier, repeated on end card
  • 06Sound design · voice-over peaks on the claim, not the b-roll
  • 07Ratio exports · 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 masters with matching captions
  • 08Variant structure · 5 hook openings over the same proven body

Next tests

What I would test next

Three creative angles I'd brief into the next test cycle to keep the account learning without resetting what's already working.

Test 01

Test a founder-POV hook against the current product-led open to see which converts cold traffic better.

Test 02

Iterate the offer callout — frame around bundle savings vs. lifetime guarantee — to isolate the stronger driver.

Test 03

Add a 6s top-of-funnel cutdown to use as a retargeting bumper without burning the full ad.
